I'm right there with you Jen. Not too long ago someone on Substack asked for advice from older people about life (At 62, I still find it difficult to put myself in the group of "older people", nonetheless, I responded with, "Slow down and enjoy your people."

Hi Jen, thanks so much for sharing what you have learned over the years. There was so many points that made me smile (and a few that made me sad, but more smiles than Kleenex). As someone who is younger than sixty, I particularly appreciate the encouragement of people like you. People who are older siblings in the faith and are fully alive in Him sharing the joys of being older, and not just back pains. Thanks for posting this and Happy Birthday!
