But golden rain reminds me, too

That light reverberates onward— through

The veil that separates you from me

Carrying us to a place so free

Where golden Light surrounds His throne

And so reminds we’re not alone

And one day we, too, will be home,

at rest.

Beautiful

I lost my dear mother last year. It left a scar that never goes away. Thank you for caring and writing a beautiful tribute. Despite the pain, we move on, trusting that death is not an end for our loved ones, but a new beginning. Thanks to a God who loves us, redeems us, and sanctifies us.

Amen! Yes our faith carries us through. I don’t know how people do life without knowing Jesus!
