Jen, isn’t funny how sometimes the events we are least motivated to participate in turn out to be the very ones we most needed to?? Love when that happens. Thank you for yet another lovely post!
We've experienced that in our monthly Marriage Encounter group. There have been times when we were "at odds" and felt we shouldn't go. Then we "drag" ourselves there and find only half the group has shown up. But God knew what those couples needed. We shared from our hearts our trials and behold the other couples were going thru the same thing. We shared and prayed for each other and when we left we felt thankful for God nudging us to go.
Thank you for sharing. God has graciously spoken to me through friends. I have found that if He wants to make sure I "get" what He's saying, He will say it 3 times through people and scripture. :)
